Super Bowl LVIII 5050 Raffle Official Rules (2024)

These official rules (the “Official Rules”) govern participation in the Super Bowl LVIII 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”). By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by any and all decisions of Raiders Foundation NV (“Raiders Foundation”) (the Sponsor of the Raffle, as set forth below), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. These Official Rules will be posted by the Raiders Foundation online at: https://www.raiders.com/community/50-50-raffle. The Official Rules should be read before entering the Raffle at Allegiant Stadium.

SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Raffle is the Raiders Foundation, a nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The Raffle is conducted under a registration performed by the Raiders Foundation with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (the “Board”), under which the Raiders Foundation is authorized to conduct a charitable raffle in Nevada pursuant to Nevada law, including without limitation applicable provisions of NRS Chapter 462 and Nevada Gaming Regulation 4A. The Raffle is void where prohibited by law. The address at which the Raiders Foundation may be contacted regarding the Raffle is: 1475 Raiders Way, Henderson, NV 89052.

RAFFLE DATE AND PERIOD; HOW TO ENTER: The Raiders Foundation will conduct sales of Raffle tickets at the 2024 Super Bowl LVIII game on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Allegiant Stadium beginning when the doors open to Allegiant Stadium and its designated perimeter and ending when the Super Bowl LVIII game clock has zero minutes left (the “Raffle Period”). During the Raffle Period, Raffle tickets may only be purchased by individuals while within Allegiant Stadium (the “Stadium”), including within the designated Stadium perimeter. During the Raffle Period, Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the Stadium from designated Raffle ticket sellers and at 50/50 raffle kiosks. The Raffle Period will end earlier than the time set forth above should the proceeds from all Raffle ticket sales reach the limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000). If such limit is reached, the Raffle Period shall immediately cease, and no additional Raffle tickets will be sold.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: Raffle tickets may be purchased only by individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of purchase, as outlined by Nevada Gaming Regulation 4A.040(1)(b). Raffle tickets may only be purchased during the Raffle Period by an individual while at the Stadium, including within the designated Stadium perimeter. Tickets purchased for the Raffle are only valid for the Raffle itself (and not any other raffle, event or drawing, whether or not conducted by the Raiders Foundation). A Raffle ticket purchased by an eligible individual is an entry into the Raffle only for such individual (and cannot be transferred to any other individual or party).

The following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle or to win any prize: employees, volunteers, officers, directors, agents, shareholders and members of the Raiders Foundation, Raiders Football Club, LLC, LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, The Raider Image, LLC, LVR Real Property, LLC, The Oakland Raiders, a California limited partnership, (collectively, the “Raiders Entities”), the Las Vegas Stadium Authority, and the NFL Entities (defined below). The “NFL Entities” shall mean the NFL Foundation, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, and subsidiaries. Those individuals employed at Allegiant Stadium by the following companies are not eligible to participate in the Raffle: AEG Management Las Vegas, LLC, Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership (Silver and Black Hospitality), S.A.F.E. Management of Nevada, LLC, ABM Industry Groups, LLC, Parking and Transportation Group – Las Vegas (PAT G), and Wynn Las Vegas, LLC. Immediate Family Members (as defined below) of ineligible individuals and members of their same household (whether legally related or not) are also not eligible to participate in the Raffle or win a prize. "Immediate Family Members" means a spouse, parent, legal guardian, grandparent, sibling, child, and grandchild of an ineligible individual.

PURCHASING RAFFLE TICKETS:

Raffle tickets will be sold during the Raffle Period at Allegiant Stadium, including within the designated Stadium perimeter, for the prices outlined directly below. Raffle tickets may be purchased from designated raffle ticket sellers and 50/50 raffle kiosks. There is no limit to the number of Raffle tickets an eligible individual may purchase until Raffle ticket sales reach the limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000). No discounts or complementary tickets will be given.

$25 – 5 tickets

$50 – 25 tickets

$100 – 100 tickets

$200 – 400 tickets

There is a minimum $25 purchase requirement for Raffle tickets (and Raffle tickets will not be sold to any individual for any amount less than $25). Upon purchasing raffle tickets at the $200 increment, an individual will receive a commemorative item from Sponsor, while supplies last. Each individual is limited to the receipt of only one (1) commemorative item, notwithstanding that such individual may purchase additional Raffle tickets with additional $200 purchases.

NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: There is no minimum and no maximum number of tickets that must be sold by the Raiders Foundation during the Raffle Period. However, the Raffle Period will cease if the total Raffle ticket sale proceeds reach one million dollars ($1,000,000) in total sales on February 11, 2024.

PRIZE AND ODDS: One (1) winner of the Raffle may (subject to fulfilling all conditions as outlined in these Official Rules) win a cash prize of half of the gross proceeds of all Raffle tickets sold during the Raffle Period, capped at five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). The remaining half of the gross proceeds (less fees and operating costs) will benefit Raiders Foundation and/or will be utilized to benefit the charitable mission of Raiders Foundation in its community. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of valid Raffle tickets sold during the Raffle Period.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF RAFFLE TICKETS: Individuals who purchase Raffle tickets may not sell, give away, or otherwise transfer their Raffle tickets to another individual or party. An individual’s purchase of a Raffle ticket constitutes only such individual’s own entry into the Raffle, and only such individual is entitled to receive the prize upon holding a winning ticket (upon meeting all eligibility requirements and conditions of these Official Rules). Raiders Foundation reserves the right to void any Raffle ticket, which is purportedly transferred to another individual or party.

DRAWING: The Potential Winner (defined below) will be selected by the Raiders Foundation in a random drawing from eligible entries received in the Raffle Period (the "Drawing"). The Potential Winner need not be present to win. The winning number will be drawn on the day of Super Bowl LVIII (e.g., February 11, 2024) following the expiration of the Raffle Period and no later than 11:59 p.m. (PST) at a location within Allegiant Stadium designated by the Raiders Foundation. One (1) potential winner will be chosen from the pool of all purchased Raffle Tickets sold during the Raffle Period. The purchase of a Raffle ticket is only an eligible entry for this Raffle and Raffle Period. Entries that are not selected in the Drawing are not valid for future raffles or raffle periods, and an entrant into this Raffle will not be eligible to win at any subsequent game or raffle (whether conducted by the Raiders Foundation or otherwise). The winning Raffle ticket number will be posted online at https://www.raiders.com/community/50-50-raffle within forty-eight (48) hours of the Drawing (and will remain posted on the website for thirty (30) calendar days). The owner of the winning Raffle ticket (a "Potential Winner") must claim the prize no later than 5:00p.m. PST on the 30th calendar day after the date of the Drawing. A Potential Winner will forfeit the prize if he or she does not present the winning ticket to Raiders Foundation by 5:00 p.m. PST on the 30th calendar day after the date of the Drawing, at which time, if the prize is not claimed, it will become the property of the Raiders Foundation (to be used by Raiders Foundation for the fulfillment of its charitable purpose in the community in compliance with NRS 462.200(1)(b)) and the Raiders Foundation will notify the Chair of the Board. To claim the prize, the Potential Winner must contact the Raiders Foundation by sending an e-mail to the Raiders Foundation at 5050@raiders.com. Raiders Foundation will instruct the winner on all next steps required to claim the prize, including without limitation, providing the physical ticket to the Raiders Foundation.

DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER: The Raiders Foundation shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a Potential Winner is an official winner of the prize (the "Official Winner"). The Raiders Foundation's decision concerning the identity of Official Winner shall be final and binding. To become the Official Winner: (1) the Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in the Raiders Foundation's sole judgment; (2) the Potential Winner's physical winning ticket must be presented and/or delivered to the Raiders Foundation by the claim deadline specified above, and subsequently inspected and verified by the Raiders Foundation (photos, scans, or other images of the ticket will not suffice); (3) the Potential Winner must execute and return to the Raiders Foundation an affidavit of eligibility and liability release on a form to be provided by the Raiders Foundation before the prize is awarded within ninety (90) calendar days after the Raiders Foundation provides such documentation to the Potential Winner (the “Documentation Deadline”); (4) Raiders Foundation reserves the right to require the Potential Winner to provide two forms of identification to the Raiders Foundation, one of which must include the Potential Winner’s photo (acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver’s license, state issued non-driver identification card, valid passport, social security card, military identification, or completed and unmodified IRS Form W-9) and (5) the Potential Winner must provide the Raiders Foundation with all tax forms, identification, and information as may be required by federal, state or local law by the Documentation Deadline (including a signed IRS Form W-2G if provided by the Raiders Foundation to the Potential Winner). If for any reason whatsoever each of the foregoing requirements is not satisfied by the Potential Winner, or if the Raiders Foundation is unable for any reason to identify the holder of a winning Raffle ticket, then the Potential Winner's prize will be deemed forfeited and, after notification to the Chair of the Board, become the property of the Raiders Foundation (for use in fulfillment of its charitable mission in the community in compliance with NRS 462.200(1)(b)). Any entry that the Raiders Foundation determines, in its sole judgment, was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit in whole or in part, defective, printed in duplicate or printed/produced in error, or transferred in violation of these Official Rules will be void.

The Raiders Foundation shall use the following rules to determine the identity of the Potential Winner and of the Official Winner of the prize: the Raiders Foundation shall conclusively presume that the person who is in possession of that Raffle ticket is the lawful owner of that Raffle ticket and that ticket's winning number. In the unlikely event that an error or problem in the administration of the Raffle results in two (2) or more Raffle ticket purchasers holding winning Raffle tickets that contain identical ticket numbers, then the person who has record of the earliest ticket purchase shall be deemed to hold the winning Raffle ticket and entry.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under "RELEASE OF LIABILITY") are not responsible for: (1) entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser's possession, (2) entries that have been or may have been tampered with, transferred, or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), "Errors"), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing entries, identifying the Potential Winner, determining the Official Winner, or announcing or delivering the prize. In addition, the Released Parties are not responsible if any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in the Raiders Foundation's sole judgment, by non-authorized activity or other causes which, in the Raiders Foundation’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of entries (collectively, a "Compromising Event"). In the event of a Compromising Event, the Raiders Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle. If the Raffle is not terminated, the Raiders Foundation reserves the right to select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Raffle ticket purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by the Raiders Foundation. The Raiders Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Raffle process or the operation of the Raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Raffle is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Raiders Foundation reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Raiders Foundation’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules. The Raiders Foundation has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of the Official Winner. All costs and expenses associated with claiming the prize and any and all applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All tickets, transactions, participants, Potential Winner, and Official Winner are subject to federal, state and local law, including City of Las Vegas ordinances, and these Official Rules (which may be updated, modified, or amended by the Raiders Foundation at any time without notice).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: A Raffle entrant's sole and exclusive remedy for any Released Party's breach of duty or conduct related to the Raffle shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid for his or her Raffle tickets. In no event shall any Released Party be liable to any person for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of the Raffle.
